This is an appeal involving a commercial lease between appellant, Pizza U.S.A. of Pompano, Inc., a tenant in a shopping mall, and appellee, R/S Associates of Florida, a limited partnership, the landlord. At the conclusion of the trial below the jury found that, among other things, Pizza U.S.A. had defaulted under the lease by failing to pay rent and that R/S had not breached any of its obligations.
