KARWACKI, Judge.
In this case, we issued a writ of certiorari to determine whether an appraiser's claim arising from a contract with a personal representative of a decedent's estate is barred under the limitations provision found in Maryland Code (1974, 1991 Repl.Vol.), § 8-103(c) of the Estates and Trusts Article.
