This matter is before the Court on appeal from a summary judgment entered by the Bankruptcy Court. That decision established the priority of a deed of trust in favor of Maryland National Bank ("MNB") over Kenneth O. Harris, the debtor in possession ("Harris"), and the estate of Melvin Friedman, holder of a subsequently filed deed of trust ("Friedman"), even though the MNB deed of trust misidentified the square number...
