Defendant-appellants, Poydras Center Associates (Poydras Center), Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, and Park Center Associates, appeal the trial court's judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee Mahayna, Inc. (Mahayna). Poydras Center argues that the trial court was erroneous in determining that they breached its lease with Mahayna, Inc.
