No. 94-1472.

657 So.2d 165 (1995)

Carol J. AYMOND, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. Steve J. RABALAIS, et al., Defendant-Appellee.

Court of Appeal of Louisiana, Third Circuit.

May 3, 1995.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Mark Anthony Jeansonne, Bunkie, for Carol J. Aymond Jr.

Charles Addison Riddle, III, Marksville, for Steve J. Rabalais, et al.

Before DOUCET, C.J., and YELVERTON, and WOODARD, JJ.

We affirm.
