MEMORANDUM FINDINGS OF FACT AND OPINION

CHIECHI, Judge:

Respondent determined a deficiency in petitioners' Federal income tax and an accuracy-related penalty under section 6662(a)1 for taxable year 1990 in the amounts of $16,754 and $3,351, respectively.

The Court granted respondent's motion to dismiss this case for lack of prosecution as to petitioner Jimmy Song. Consequently, all references hereinafter to petitioner...
