Appellant, convicted of first degree burglary, contends that occupancy of a church attached to a burglarized rectory does not constitute occupancy of a dwelling. He also states a general challenge to the sufficiency of evidence for his conviction, he disputes the admission of Spreigl evidence, and he contests the trial court's upward departure from sentencing guidelines.
