PER CURIAM.

Defendants appeal by leave granted from the trial court's order denying in part defendant's motion to compel arbitration. We reverse.

Plaintiff was chief executive officer of defendant Olde Discount Corporation, a stock brokerage firm. Defendants accused plaintiff of embezzling from Olde Discount.
