DOUCET, Chief Judge.

The St. Landry Parish School Board, the defendant in the instant action, appeals a judgment of the district court granting a Motion for Summary Judgment filed by plaintiff, Raymond Duplechain, in this suit for breach of contract and wrongful demotion. We affirm.
