OPINION

McMANUS, Bankruptcy Judge:

This appeal arises from the bankruptcy court's orders dismissing Debtor's chapter 11 case pursuant to section 1112(b) and denying reconsideration of the dismissal. We AFFIRM the bankruptcy court.
