This is an appeal by the defendant from a jury verdict and judgment in an uninsured motorist liability insurance case. The defendant contests liability but not quantum. The plaintiff has cross-appealed as to a finding of 30% comparative fault of the plaintiff. The plaintiff also cross-appeals on the ground the quantum of attorney's fees awarded was inadequate.
