PETERSON, Judge.

Barbara R. Burns appeals from a district court order that prohibits her for 365 days from making any telephone calls or facsimile transmissions to, or in-person filings with, Hennepin County District Court personnel. The order requires Burns's communications with court personnel to be made in writing and requires Burns to present requests to proceed in forma pauperis within the Fourth Judicial District to the Chief Judge of the District...
