We granted writs in these consolidated cases to consider the appropriate interpretation and application of the anti-fraud provisions of the Louisiana Workers' Compensation Act, La.R.S. 23:1208 and 1208.1. We hold that each of these anti-fraud provisions serves a specific purpose and applies to different situations.
