ANDERSON, Justice.

The Hennepin County Grand Jury returned an indictment against defendant, John Irving Pettee, for third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter. Pettee moved to dismiss the indictment on numerous grounds, including the improper introduction of inadmissible evidence. Although the trial court found that sufficient evidence existed to support a finding of probable cause, the court was unable to find that the grand jury deliberations...
