MacKENZIE, J.

Defendant pleaded guilty of first-degree murder, MCL 750.316; MSA 28.548, and was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole. He appealed as of right, and this Court remanded to the trial court to allow defendant to move to withdraw his plea on the basis of ineffective assistance of counsel. On remand, the trial court entered an order granting defendant's motion to withdraw his guilty plea. The people appeal that order by leave granted. We reverse...
