In this appeal, plaintiff-appellant Otis Grant, an African-American male and a former substitute paperhandler in defendant-appellee Boston Herald's pressroom, assigns error to the district court's entry of summary judgment in favor of the Herald on his claims of discriminatory treatment, discriminatory discharge, and retaliatory discharge brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq....
