Plaintiff Lorena Nepstad (Nepstad) brought this action to recover damages for injuries sustained when Nepstad's automobile was struck from behind by an automobile driven by Jocelyn Fox (Fox). Plaintiff erroneously believed that the automobile had been driven by Delores Beasley, the mother of Jocelyn Fox, and filed this action against Delores Beasley and Waylon J.
