In this appeal, we consider whether Eleanor Duncan, a former employee of St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center ("hospital"), presented sufficient evidence that her at-will employment status was altered, thereby entitling her to a reasonable time in which to perform as director of ambulatory services and prohibiting her termination from that position except for good cause.
