Taplett Fruit Packing, Inc., delivered apples to Cashmere Pioneer Growers, Inc., for controlled atmosphere (CA) storage. While in storage the apples froze. Taplett eventually sought coverage from Cashmere's insurers, including Unigard Security Insurance Company.
