The appellant, Mildred Gambler, has appealed the order entered by this court on July 13, 1995, granting a motion for judgment on the pleadings filed by the appellee, Fleet Mortgage Corporation, in the writ of revival action filed by Gambler to the above no. 4867-93 A.D.
