Defendant Oakland Gin Co., Inc. challenges the district court's decision affirming the bankruptcy court's ruling in favor of the bankruptcy trustee for the Julien Company on summary judgment regarding defendant's claims under Articles 2 and 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code and the United States Warehouse Act, 7 U.S.C. § 262.
