In a declaratory judgment action, plaintiff sought to establish defendant's liability as a corporate successor of polluting corporations for environmental contamination at plaintiff's manufacturing facility. The trial court granted summary disposition for defendant pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10). Plaintiff appeals as of right. We affirm.
