Currently before the court are several motions for summary judgment by defendants Good Samaritan Hospital, Tong Seng Tjoa M.D., and Sanders and Associates. The complaint against defendants Mercy Hospital and Dr. Tjoa alleges both negligence and the intentional tort of failure to obtain informed consent. The complaint only alleges negligence against defendant Sanders and Associates.
