In this proceeding, the respondent was charged with five allegations of professional misconduct. The Special Referee sustained all five charges. The Grievance Committee moved to confirm the report of the Special Referee. The respondent submitted an affirmation urging that the Grievance Committee's failure to adequately support the charges with competent evidence, coupled with the emotional and psychological distress...
