David White, the plaintiff below, appeals from the district court's grant of summary judgment to the defendant, York International Corporation ("York") ___ F.Supp. ___. White's suit alleges that he was illegally terminated by York because of his disability, in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12213. We exercise jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and affirm.
