On April 21, 1995, the defendant pled guilty to Counts 1 and 2 of the information filed in this matter, Count 1 being the charge of driving under the influence of alcohol violation of 75 Pa.C.S. §3731, and Count 2 being the charge of driving under suspension, 75 Pa.C.S. § 1543.
