Plaintiffs-appellants, Grant R. Donovan, Michelle Donovan, and Reid Donovan, appeal from summary judgment granted against them in their declaratory judgment action against appellee, State Farm Automobile Insurance Company. The appellants sought a declaration as to the availability of uninsured motorist coverage under either of two separate insurance policies issued by the appellee.
