This case is before the court on a preliminary objection of defendant Jack Arnold, defendant-husband, in the nature of a demurrer to a complaint filed by Harrisburg Medical Management Inc., plaintiff. The complaint is based upon an alleged breach of duty on the part of defendant-husband and defendant Charlene Arnold, defendant-wife, to pay for certain medical services provided by plaintiff to defendant-wife.
