Macawber Engineering, Inc. ("Macawber") appeals a district court order granting summary judgment in favor of Abdo & Abdo, P.A. ("Abdo") and Steven R. Hedges, a member of the firm. Macawber contends that Abdo and Hedges committed legal malpractice while acting as Macawber's local defense counsel.
