Appellant Jan Manzer appeals his convictions1 for two counts of mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341 and 1342 (1988), two counts of wire fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1343 and 1342 (1988), and one count of copyright infringement in violation of 17 U.S.C. § 506(a) (1988). Manzer also appeals his sentence under the United States Sentencing Guidelines. We have jurisdiction...
