Appellant and cross-appellee, the city of Akron, appeals from a judgment of the Akron Municipal Court finding the knife provision in Akron Codified Ordinances ("ACO") 137.02(A) ("Akron knife provision") unconstitutional on its face. While we agree with the judgment of the municipal court and, therefore, affirm, we do not agree with the municipal court's conclusion that the Akron knife provision is unconstitutionally...
