MOORE, District Judge.

Plaintiff filed suit against Defendant alleging that one of its higher ranking police officers sexually harassed her during her course of employment. Defendant has moved for Summary Judgment as to all counts of Plaintiff's complaint. Pursuant to this Court's Order of September 27, 1995, dismissing Count II of Plaintiff's Complaint, this motion is DISMISSED AS MOOT
