Plaintiff appeals from a judgment dismissing his petition for writ of review on the merits. We affirm the dismissal, because the circuit court lacked jurisdiction of the cause. Plaintiff inherited from his father eight tax lots in the Columbia Gorge in Multnomah County. The real property taxes on all of the lots were delinquent, resulting in their being foreclosed by defendant on November 3, 1988. The foreclosures are not in issue in this proceeding...
