The issue is whether the trial court correctly held that Appellants ARCO & ANR (ARCO) are liable for the payment of interest at the rate of 12% for the period from May 3, 1983 until January 20, 1988 on gas proceeds for Appellees' (Heiman's) ratable share of gas produced and sold during the period from April 5, 1982 to May 3, 1983.
