Brian Bordenave and Kevin Anderson were jointly tried and convicted of the armed robbery and attempted first degree murder of George Lewis. La.R.S. 14:64 and 14:27(30). Bordenave was also charged with one count of attempted first degree murder of Officer Daniel Scanlan, but a mistrial was declared due to a hung jury. Anderson was charged with one count of attempted first degree murder of Officer Kenneth Watzke...
