In April, 1994, the Office of the General Counsel of the Oklahoma Bar Association brought a bar disciplinary proceeding against Gary L. Butler, which is now before us as SCBD No. 3996. Following a hearing on January 11, 1995, a Trial Panel of the Professional Responsibility Tribunal recommended that Butler be suspended for four years, but the Office of the General Counsel urges us to disbar him.
