On September 10, 1992, following a bench trial, I found the defendant, Anthony D'Sant guilty of criminal trespass, kidnapping, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment, reckless endangerment, possession of instruments of a crime, theft, simple assault, aggravated assault and attempted homicide.
