The application is granted. Execution of the judgment of contempt is suspended pending preparation of the transcript. The case is remanded to the court of appeal to consider relator's application in light of the transcript, which relator is ordered to file in the court of appeal within sixty days of this order. Any request for extension of time must be submitted to the court of appeal.
