SEERDEN, Chief Justice.

This is a suit for damages under the Texas Consumer Credit Code. Appellant, Mary E. Torres, sued appellees, Larry Hyden and Mid-State Trust II, based upon an acceleration letter demanding that she pay $445,580.91 as the unpaid balance on a retail installment contract. Appellees moved for summary judgment on the grounds of bona fide error and that Hyden had sent the letter...
