CHAVEZ, Justice.

Appellant was assessed a sentence of 65 years in prison after being convicted for possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute. Appellant complains that the trial court erred in admitting the cocaine into evidence over his objection that the cocaine was seized after he was detained without reasonable suspicion in violation of the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution and Article 1, Section 9 of the Texas Constitution...
