Bobby L. Hawkins and his wife Glenda Hawkins appeal the trial court's final summary judgment entered in favor of Champion International Corporation, appellee, in the Hawkins' suit for damages for injuries sustained by Bobby Hawkins while he was working at Champion's paper mill as an employee of a subcontractor.
