This is a suit to determine the respective rights of the parties regarding an undivided one-eighth mineral interest in certain property in Dimmit and Zavala Counties, Texas. Each of the parties trace their title back to Clara Whiting Floyd, deceased ("Clara"), who owned the subject one-eighth interest at the time of her death in 1935. Wayland W.
