This case presents an action by an applicant for admission to the State Bar of Michigan. Plaintiff's first amended complaint contains five claims: three claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.; and two civil rights claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
