This case is before us on appeal from a judgment in favor of defendant, National Maintenance Corporation (NMC), and against plaintiff, Lionel A. Lambert, Sr., dismissing plaintiff's claim for worker's compensation benefits with prejudice. For the following reasons, we reverse.
