No. 95-CA-0460.

657 So.2d 788 (1995)

Charles RENÉ v. Ginette Alcindor RENÉ.

Court of Appeal of Louisiana, Fourth Circuit.

June 29, 1995.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

John David Cassanova, Metairie, for defendant/appellant Ginette Alcindor René.

Millard D. Collins, Millard D. Collins & Associates, New Orleans, for plaintiff/appellee Charles René.

Before SCHOTT, C.J., and JONES and MURRAY, JJ.

MURRAY, Judge.

Ginette Alcindor Rene, Plaintiff/Appellant, has appealed the trial court's denial of her Motion for Alimony After Divorce. This appeal was lodged in this Court without a signed judgment as required by La.Code Civ. Proc. art. 1911. Although the record contains oral reasons for judgment given following the hearing on Ms. Rene's motion, these do not take the place of a signed judgment. City of Kaplan v. Mayard, 616 So.2d 826
