This case arises from the tragedy visited upon Plaintiff Taahira W. ("Taahira") while she was in the custody of a licensed foster parent. Before the court is the motion to dismiss of Defendants Felicia Travis, Aline Knight, and Gloria Brown (collectively "Defendants").
