OPINION

DAY, Justice.

Michael Hernandez, Jr. appeals his conviction for murder. Tex.Penal Code Ann. § 19.02 (Vernon 1994). A jury convicted Hernandez and assessed punishment of sixty years' confinement with a $5,000 fine.

We affirm.
