OPINION

DAY, Justice.

Michael Hernandez, Jr. appeals his conviction for murder. Tex.Penal Code Ann. § 19.02 (Vernon 1994). A jury convicted Hernandez and assessed punishment of sixty years' confinement with a $5,000 fine.

We affirm.

On February 15, 1993, Eric Wallace, the deceased, went to Hernandez's dope house to buy drugs. Wallace wanted to buy the drugs on credit. Hernandez refused. Wallace and Hernandez began arguing and shoving...
