WALTZER, Judge.

Relator was convicted on 19 June 1989 of 2 (two) counts of armed robbery. Hughes was subsequently found to be a third offender and was sentenced to 2 (two) concurrent terms of fifty years at hard labor. From a denial of his application for post-conviction relief in the trial court, the defendant now comes before this Court seeking relief from this ruling.
