DAY, Justice.

Keren Stein appeals from a take-nothing summary judgment in a slip and fall case against her landlord, Surinder Gill. We affirm.

Gill owned a duplex consisting of one upstairs and one downstairs apartment. Stein rented the downstairs apartment from Gill.
