Luis Enrique Arango-Montoya pleaded guilty to violating 21 U.S.C. § 846 by conspiring to intentionally possess with the intent to distribute 749 grams of cocaine. Arango-Montoya was sentenced to a ten-year term of imprisonment to be followed by an eight-year term of supervised release.
